Any personal information or material sent to the timberridgenwa.com website are subject to our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy forms a part of these Terms and Conditions. Information sent by you to us through this website is not encrypted. You acknowledge that we do not guarantee the security of the content of any such information, and it is entirely your responsibility to satisfy yourself as to whether our security measures are sufficient for your requirements.
Lodging Policies, including Cancellation & Refund Policies
- Reservations must be made 48 hours in advance.
- Full payment due upon booking (you will be contacted for payment once we receive your Reservation Booking request).
- Cancellation policy: 100% refund if canceled up to 7 nights before booking. 50% refund if cancelled between 7 nights and 3 nights before booking. No refund for cancellations 2 nights before booking date.
- A maximum of 10 persons allowed to stay as overnight guests in the Lodge (2 king beds, 1 queen bed, 2 plush queen and 2 plus twin mattresses, as well as couches).
- 10% discount on stays 7 nights or longer.
- Minimum 2 night stay required for accommodations.
- Check-in is at 3:00 p.m. Check-out is by 11:00 a.m.
- Smoking is not allowed inside any of the buildings, but is permitted outside. If you choose to smoke outside, please keep your cigarettes on your person or dispose in trash bin.
- Pets are allowed, with a $25 additional fee per pet.
- If any property of the Lodge is damaged or missing, the cost of repairing or replacing the item(s) will be charged to your credit card.
