Timber Ridge Lodge

$285/night - Lodge Rental
Available for Special Events

Welcome to Timber Ridge Scenic Lodge!

Beautiful and serene, our timber frame house sits high on a wooded ridge with scenic views of the river valley below. We have a fireplace, in-ground pool, and a theater room with 10 foot wide screen. This is the perfect, relaxing retreat only 2 1/2 miles from town and restaurants, but feels secluded, like you’re miles away from anything.

We are only a few miles from the Kayak park, and from Starbucks, Walmart, RibCrib, and a host of other shopping and eating establishments. The Lake Wedington recreation area and Ozark National Forest is just 5 miles down the road. Our area is becoming known for its many mountain biking trails, as well as lots of paved trails for the less adventurous.

The Lodge

Timber Ridge Lodge is approximately 3600 sq. ft. of living space on two levels. The entire main floor, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, full kitchen, expansive great room with a grand piano and fireplace is yours to enjoy. I have recently added a third bedroom and full bathroom downstairs. You will also have access to the home theater with a 10′ screen, also downstairs. The theater has internet streaming options as well as a Blueray/DVD player. Three levels of outdoor decks overlooking the pool and the magnificent scenery are also included. The gas grill and hot tub are for your use and enjoyment.

The three bedrooms offer two king beds and one queen. I also have two plush queen air mattresses as well as two plush twin air mattresses, and a variety of couches to accommodate more overnight guests. I limit overnight guests to 10 guests.

The master bedroom upstairs offers a king bed, a jacuzzi tub in private bathroom, a large tiled shower, access to hot tub on deck, and a great view overlooking pool.

The second bedroom upstairs offers a queen bed, a computer desk, a bathroom with shower, and access to deck with view of pool.

The third bedroom, downstairs, offers a king bed, in-room television, a private bathroom with tub/shower, access to the pool, and is across the hall from the home theater.

I reside in a separate cottage behind the Lodge, and reserve the rec room and second kitchen on the west end of the lower level of the lodge for my own use as well as the room for my dog, Rojo. This room is locked off from the rest of the house.

Since this is my home, I have all of the comforts of home and amenities you could ever need. I want your stay to be not only comfortable, but memorable.

My space is ideally suited for families, couples and individuals who don’t mind some interaction with the host.

I do often try to accommodate special requests for privacy, especially for newlyweds and couples celebrating special occasions. However, if total and complete privacy is what you’re looking for, you might try another listing.

The Property

The property is 5+ acres of mostly woods, and has trails throughout it, as well as several outdoor things to explore, such as my mini “Hobbiton” Hobbit house facades, a couple of very tall tree swings, swinging chairs, horseshoe pit, and flower gardens. I also have an outdoor stage and amphitheater that can seat up to 100 people.

Can’t Say Enough!

We took a family vacation and stayed at Timber Ridge Lodge. Just WOW!!! The house is gorgeous but also very comfortable. The property is a paradise! My boys, ages 4 and 6, had a blast playing on the grounds, and watching movies in the theater. Tim was attentive but not at all intrusive. We sought him out because we genuinely enjoyed his company. He started the week as our host, but was family by the time we left. We cannot wait to visit again!
Thank you Tim!

Tim is an amazing host who puts his customers first! He is very prompt when answering questions guest may have, fixing any problems, and committing to the finest service around! The house is perfectly clean, has hundreds of amenities, and more. Rojo the dog is the best companion for all guest. Once you enter this Cabin, you will feel at home and relaxed; furthermore, you will make two wonderful friends!

Our stay at Timber Ridge was great. The house has plenty of extras, the property is in a fantastic location and you feel right in connection with nature. We really enjoyed that movie theater in the basement and, of course, the swimming pool. Plenty of things to do around Siloam Springs. Last, but not least, our host Tim was great to talk to, and great at solving any questions/concerns we had.

Tim’s place exceeded expectations in every way. Even more beautiful and magical in person, this house and property are stunning! From comfy beds to a grand piano and a real life movie theatre room we felt like royalty staying here. The pool and it’s view as well as the landscape in general were so delightful. Everything together, along with the hobbit doors, the atmosphere created such a fun experience to always be remembered. Not far from town but tucked away enough to be very secluded provided the perfect balance. We LOVE Rojo the dog, his greeting was immediately welcoming to the property. Tim was an amazing host as well, quick responses to any questions we had and very accommodating. We even had the pleasure of running into him at karaoke night downtown. Siloam Springs is a beautiful area, and Timber Lodge was the perfect place to enjoy it from. 10/10 would recommend this place for anyone looking to stay in the area. Thanks Tim, thanks Rojo!

A nice getaway for our little family! It’s a quiet area with beautiful scenery all around. Tim is a kind and thoughtful host and made everything easy. Our 11-year-old son LOVED Rojo, the dog that is outside to greet you with a smile. We had to get a picture with Rojo and our son before we left. Feels secluded, but just a quick drive into town, so really offered everything we needed. Thanks for a great stay!
